i can't take credit for the term --- but when i heard it, i had to share. can you guess what it's about? of all things: social media. at a recent twitter 101 round table discussion, a local expert (thanks Alexandra of gibson design group!) explained her thoughts on the personality of a twitter account for a company (applicable to facebook, blogs, and the like) -- you need to generate value-added content and/or comments regarding your business or industry (read: business in the front), but throw in some fun or playful posts that add life and interest every now and then (read: party in the back).
hence, the mullet approach.
