help! help! may day studio has just sent us the most adorable items in patterns that are to die for, you MUST come and see them!
from journals and notepads to guest books and address books, they are a must-see!
even cuter (is that possible?) are the LUNCH BOX NOTES. we are not kidding. how sweet a mom are you if you put these special notes in your child's lunch! just remember, those teenage years can get pretty rough. store up some good karma with these! (they're small)
at the NY Gift Fair, May Day shared a a booth space with Albertine press and Carta, inc. Albertine offers some great note card sets as well as journals, which should be arriving shortly.
and Carta's italian ribbon is texturific! i just want to *dive* into these s{pools} of color!
here's a peak at their booth from the NYIGF at the jacob javitz.
p.s. did you know the origin of "mayday," as in the distress signal? i didn't (although I should have!). it comes from the french, "venez m'aider" (come help me). you learn something new every day!
