Our customers are so important to us! Because of that we wanted to reach out and tell you what we’re doing in response to COVID-19. We have been keeping informed and following any new information from the CDC as well as state and local government regarding the virus. Our main goal is to keep our customers and our employees safe so we have decided to close temporarily in order to do our part in helping slow the spread of COVID-19. We will still have access to email but our store will close beginning Friday, March 13. We will keep in touch with you about any changes and reopening.
We are still offering custom appointments over the phone or facetime for those who are still interested. Please email to set up a phone/facetime appointment just like you would for an in-person appointment and we will get you on our calendar! Please note, we will not have access to our business phone so we ask that you email to ensure that we have access to your questions, appointment requests etc. We are looking into possible retail shipping options and will keep you posted on options as they arise. Our email is [email protected]
To our customers who currently have active custom orders: at this time there are no delays from our printers and we will monitor shipments. We will still be available to work with you via email on any ongoing custom projects. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks again for your patience and understanding, and we hope you remain healthy!
- Just a couple reminders that can help keep us all safe - we’re all in this together!
- If you don’t feel well, stay home and rest up!
- When possible avoid large groups and consider self-distancing practices
- If you are at higher risk during this time or think you have been exposed to COVID-19, stay home, binge watch your favs, Marie Kondo your house, journal, practice calligraphy, watercolor, write letters (we can help with the last 4 ;)
- We encourage you to wash your hands and use hand sanitizer when that is not an option + cover your cough and sneezes
