Rock paper scissors is seeking a highly motivated, part-time SATURDAYS-ONLY sales associate to join a close knit retail environment. Must be people-friendly, organized, able to multi-task and willing to work saturdays! Retail experience and/or an affinity for paper and design a plus!
Tasks include:
- day-to-day retail activities (checking out customers, answering questions about products, etc.)
- unpacking and stickering new product shipments (plus some help finding new + fun products!)
- merchandising (restocking store displays and front window)
- social media posts and marketing content generation for e-blasts (photography skills a plus!)
- occasional gift wrapping
- store maintenance, including tidying and dusting
- hands-on production on projects, such as bow tying (for wedding programs, etc.)
2 Saturdays a month commitment necessary, the shift is typically from 11 am - 5 pm.
Pay starts at $15 / hour (assumes College Degree or working toward one). Position includes generous in-store discount, no health care benefits, but flexible vacation time. Thanksgiving and the holidays are our busiest time - please do not apply if you leave the area during these times.
